Shot Accuracy
Developing Advanced
Able to consistently place shots with good accuracy to all four corners of the court. Developing ability to control shot length and tightness to the wall, with particular strength in forehand drives and cross-court shots.
Court Positioning
Developing Advanced
Strong grasp of the "T" position concept and its importance in controlling play. Effective at maintaining central court positioning and recovering to the T after shots, creating efficient movement patterns during rallies.
Movement & Agility
Developing Advanced
Quick and agile around the court with good acceleration and change of direction. Developed proper squash-specific movement techniques, including the lunge and efficient footwork patterns to minimize energy expenditure.
Shot Variety
Developing Advanced
Comfortable executing a range of shots including drives, drops, volleys, and boasts. Developing more advanced shots such as the trickle boast, lob, and deceptive shots to disrupt opponent rhythm and create winning opportunities.

Local Club Tournament

Fall 2022

Reached semifinals in the intermediate division of the local club tournament, demonstrating consistent improvement in match play and ability to perform under pressure.

Skill Level Advancement

Summer 2021

Progressed from beginner to intermediate level over 3 years of consistent play and structured practice, showing substantial improvement in all technical and tactical aspects of the game.

League Participation

2019 - Present

Active participant in the local squash league for 4 seasons, maintaining a positive win-loss record and establishing a network of playing partners of various skill levels.
